How to Live Forever

How to Live Forever
Say you knew that the December 15, 2020, who died in Springfield, Illinois. What would you do? Well, for starters, you could probably extend your life, simply avoiding Springfield, Illinois, December 15, 2020. It turns out that we can use statistics to see the future and in doing so can delay death as long as possible.

I'm tired of anti-aging industry. Basically, nothing complicated works. Dr. Oz recommends reservatrol but scientific studies show that only huge quantities of it that extends the lifespan of a mouse. There is no way to take an amount similar to that of a man. Anti-aging expert Andrew Weil often suggest natural remedies rather than pharmaceuticals, but I think, again, research is very clear and there is no secret to longevity generally increased with the rise of more readily available, the FDA approved drugs. There is always much discussion of homeopathy, but again, that the evidence is missing.

My view is to have a sensible view of aging. Incidentally, I never thought about anti-aging techniques before. But I'm 42-years now, and probably spent half a point in my life, so I began to wonder about this. Common sense has served me well in most other areas of my life.
